GeorgiaEMSAcademy.com is pleased to announce the approval of our latest offering: EMT-0. The program is an accelerated EMT-Intermediate (85) program that lasts twelve weeks. As an EMT-0 students complete all of the classroom lecture parts of the course online and meet once a week for practical skills training. A 60 hour clinical experience is also included in the class. The course is completed at a blistering but manageable pace. You will meet at one of two cohort locations (Covington or Hawkinsville (Near Perry), Georgia)

If you are a self motivated student who needs an EMT-Intermediate license, this course is for you. If you are interested in attending our course, you will need to a High School Diploma or equivalent, be able to pass a background investigation (for our clinical sites), be able to pay the tuition ($2,000 books included), and have access to the Internet. 100% attendance to the course is mandatory and meets twelve times on a Saturday or Sunday (cohort dependant). Students must complete all the online, practical, and clinical requirements of the course within the twelve week period. As an EMT-0 student, you will meet for class once a week and complete all your assignments at home. Unlike other online activities, we watch everything you do so we'll let you know if you fall behind. Our unique learning management system has kept thousands of continuing education and refresher course students on track and will do the same for you.
